Traditional Massage:

This massage uses long strokes and kneading of the muscles. It is used primarily for full relaxation, circulation, and relieving muscle tension. Light to medium pressure applied. 

Deep Tissue Massage:

This massage releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through long, slow strokes and deep finger pressure on tensed areas.  Improves body alignment and freedom of movement.  Medium to Deep pressure applied.

Each session includes: 5 minute pre-interview, time to undress, and  5 minutes at the end to re-dress.

Hot Stone Massage:

15-30 smooth river stones are heated to 125 degrees and combined with Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage for maximum relaxation.
The-session includes: 5 minute pre-interview, time to undress, and  5 minutes at the end to re-dress.
